Hand-knotted in India from 100% imported wool, each rug is intentionally distressed by hand shearing for authenticity, over-dyed colors for beautiful style, and completed with the smallest little details for the perfect replica of a vintage antique rug. There is no Latex used because of its construction, making this collection a 100% natural "green" product. Kaleen’s hand-knotted rugs are made using 100% imported wool, and what is even better, due to the hand-knotted construction, these rugs perform outstandingly in heavy traffic areas. Each rug is open backed, latex free and will provide beauty for many years to come.

COMMON ISSUES

Although we stand behind our product 100% and will always return defective merchandise, there are common issues inherent in our product that needs to be explained to consumers, The issues below are not considered defective and nor reasons for the product to be returned.

Shedding

  • â–ª All wool rugs will shed.
  • â–ª Hand knotted rugs will shed less than tufted

Creases in rugs

  • â–ª Should disappear in a week or two
  • â–ª Try reverse rolling. Wear
  • â–ª Rotate rugs every 3-6 months due to traffic.

Sprouts

  • â–ª Loose fibers are common in hand made rugs, clip with scissors

Fading

  • â–ª Rugs in direct sunlight will fade out over time, rotate your rug periodically

Odor

  • â–ª Rugs recently removed from bag may have odor, this will dissipate in a week
